Hi! We're Lera and Carl — the husband-and-wife team behind Keller Property Management. We live year-round on Nantucket with our two young children, and we care deeply about this island and the people who call it home, even if only for part of the year.

Lera brings a background in organization, hospitality, and creative problem-solving. She’s the person you’ll most often speak with directly — quick to respond, calm under pressure, and always thinking three steps ahead. Carl is the hands-on expert — dependable, detail-oriented, and just as comfortable with a toolbox as he is helping troubleshoot a last-minute issue before guests arrive.

Together, we offer reliable, thoughtful, and personalized care for the properties we manage — working proactively to keep things looking great, running smoothly, and ready for whatever the season brings.

We especially love working with clients who either have a clear vision and communicate their needs and expectations directly, or those who trust us to handle the details and make thoughtful decisions on their behalf. Whether you're hands-on or hands-off, we aim to make your property feel effortless to maintain — and ensure everything is done well, with care and transparency.
